Deb and Steve founded this family business after years in the hospitality industry where outstanding customer service is the key to success for sustaining a thriving business. We bring these talents to Surfside Airport Shuttle for a unique approach taking transportation to a higher service level.

We are ambassadors to Southwest Florida. We live here, we work here, we are well informed and enjoying this beautiful piece of paradise on the Gulf Coast.

Ambassadors (Drivers)

Our ambassadors (drivers) have clean driving records and complete background checks through the state of Florida. Our vehicles are mechanically ASE certified for automotive safety. We carry commercial vehicle insurance which is required by the State of Florida and the Port Authority of Lee County.

Safety

Your safety is our priority. We train our ambassadors (drivers) to maintain the following standards:

• No texting while driving
• All phone calls will not be answered
• All vehicles are non-smoking
• All clients must wear seatbelts  prior to departing

Travel Services

Our service offers stops to grocery stores, drug stores, resort office’s. We want to treat you like family. Please let us know if you need anything.
